Clean apartment, good location, comfortable for to person. There are 2 bathrooms. Swimming pool is on the 30th floor. Metro, shops, restaurants are near. Good choice to explore Dubai. Communication went well.

The best location! Restaurants, shops close to the apartment. Walking distance to Burj Khalifa (less than 30min – you can walk back at night no need for taxi). TV with Netflix, balcony and two restrooms helps to feel comfortable.

Dirty and needs renovation, black mold in the bathroom and mold on the walls. Bed sheets had strong chemical detergent odor, floor is dirty, kitchen is almost empty. Could be better for the money
