This bright, airy apartments features tons of natural light from floor to ceiling windows located directly in Barsha Heights one of the best and luxury area in Dubai. The location is very near to Marina and very attractive middle point so you can go almost at anywhere using metro and bus.

The apartment is too big than as usual one bed. The size of the apartment is 70 SQM or 750 SQFT.

GYM AND POOL: The facility is manages by building authority which we have limited / no control over it. Currently POOL is closed by building management due to covid-19 and the GYM is small residential type use GYM. It will work for you but if you expect highly equipped or gorgeous GYM then we may not able to provide it.

DISCLAIMER: Please check the RULES & REGULATIONS carefully before booking MikeyStays apartments. Booking is a digital acceptance of this terms and regulation and no further complain will be accepted over this RULES & REGULATIONS.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is any time after 4PM. Check-out time is any time before 11am. You’re welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.

Please note, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

CHECK-OUT: If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $100 USD. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11AM and 1PM. Any guest who is still in the location after 1PM will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.

EARLY BAGGAGE DROP: Early baggage drop is not possible due to limited facility.

WAITING AT RECEPTION : Due to covid-19, waiting long time in the reception area is not permitted and fully restricted by building management which we can’t allow or change.

SMOKING: We do not allow smoking; breaking this rule will incur a fine of up to $500 USD, You can smoke in Balcony but not inside room.

PETS: Pets not allowed due to limited facility.

CLEANLINESS: If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $100 USD for every extra hour of cleaning required.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: It is not permitted to have extra guests. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, an additional fee could be charged.

EXTENSIONS: If guests would like to extend their stay, we require a notice 24 hours prior to the check-out time and will only be able to assist based on the availability.

KEYS: Keys, remotes and access cards will be provided when you will arrive. Any lost keys and/or access cards will incur a fee of $120 USD. Some door are self look and don’t put the keys inside appartment door lock as in this situation backup key won’t work and there will need a locksmith service to break the lock and replace new which will incur a fee of $130 USD.
